Practice Overview

I’m proud to be a Mountain lawyer. I’ve represented insurance companies, businesses, and individuals in Kentucky’s Mountain community for more than 25 years. I take great pride in being an active member of the community.

I believe that the key to my success as a lawyer has been the trust and confidence that clients place in me. Clients know that I will always place their interests first, that I will maintain their confidences, and that I will work tirelessly to achieve for them the best outcome for their matter in the most efficient and cost-effective matter.

Often, a key to successful and efficient resolution in litigation matters will be the relationships developed between opposing counsel. This does not mean that opposing counsel will be overly eager to settle matters to maintain personal relationships; rather it means that while counsel may be in opposition to each other, a high degree of respect and integrity exists between counsel. Opposing counsel know that if I say something is true, it is. This eliminates false posturing, which is not conducive to case resolution.

Most of all, I enjoy the interpersonal relationships that develop during the course of legal representation, and working towards helping clients achieve their goals. If I can be of help to you, I would invite you to call my office so that I can learn about your needs.
